Permanent Data Deletion
Deleting your VocabClash account permanently removes all personal profile information, LP rank, matchmaking stats, win streaks, and Mistake Vault saved questions from our Firestore database.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and all data directly within the VocabClash app:
- Open VocabClash on your device or browser.
- Click your Aspirant Profile icon (top right or bottom navigation).
- Click ⚖️ Legal & Account (below Help & Aspirant Support).
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
Method 2: Email Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the application, you can submit a manual deletion request to our Data Protection Officer:
- Send an email to: support@vocabclash.in
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
- Include the registered email address associated with your VocabClash account.
- Requests are processed and all cloud records purged within 7 business days.
Data That Is Permanently Removed
- Account Details: Email, display name, profile avatar, authentication UID.
- Game Progress: Total LP, tier rank, match history, head-to-head records.
- Study Vault: Mistake Vault question bookmarks and personalized accuracy logs.
